Cancellation Policy

Plans sometimes change. This policy explains your options if you need to cancel or move your booking.

1. Scope. This Cancellation Policy forms an integral part of the Retreat Participation Terms and applies to every Booking unless a written proposal expressly provides otherwise. Capitalized terms have the meaning given in the Retreat Participation Terms.

2. Notice. Any cancellation or request for a change must be sent in writing by the Participant who made the Booking to our email address and takes effect on the date of its receipt. Periods are counted in calendar days before the first day of the Program.

3. Scheduled and private retreats. Unless the Program page or a written proposal provides otherwise: (a) where notice of cancellation is received fourteen (14) days or more before the first day of the Program, the deposit is refunded in full; (b) where notice is received between thirteen (13) and seven (7) days before the first day of the Program, fifty percent (50%) of the deposit is refunded; (c) where notice is received less than seven (7) days before the first day of the Program, the deposit is retained in full. Any balance already paid is refunded.

4. Last-minute bookings. Bookings made within fourteen (14) days of the first day of the Program are payable in full at the time of Booking and are non-refundable; one hundred percent (100%) of the Program price is retained in the event of cancellation, subject only to clause 5 where applicable.

5. 7-Day Guided Juice Fast. For the 7-Day Guided Juice Fast the following flexible conditions apply in place of clause 3: (a) where notice of cancellation is received seven (7) days or more before the first day of the Program, the amounts paid are refunded in full; (b) where notice is received between six (6) and three (3) days before the first day of the Program, the Booking may be transferred once to a later scheduled date of the same Program, subject to availability, and no refund is made; (c) where notice is received less than three (3) days before the first day of the Program, no refund or transfer is made. For last-minute bookings of the 7-Day Guided Juice Fast, only the transfer option under (b) applies.

6. Groups, companies and corporate retreats. Payment and cancellation conditions for Programs offered to groups, companies, corporate clients and organizations are set out exclusively in the relevant written proposal or agreement.

7. Non-attendance. No refund, credit or transfer is given for late arrival, early departure, no-show, sessions or services not used, or participation ended by the Principal in accordance with the Retreat Participation Terms.

8. Cancellation or change by the Principal. If the Principal cancels or materially changes a Program, clause 10 of the Retreat Participation Terms applies. Those remedies are exclusive, and neither the Principal nor the Agent shall be liable for flights, accommodation outside the Program or any other costs or losses.

9. Refunds. Refunds are processed by the Agent on behalf of the Principal and are made only to the account or card from which payment was received, in US dollars, within a reasonable time after the cancellation has been confirmed in writing. Bank charges, card processing fees and currency differences are not refundable.
