This website, diviaretreats.com, including all of its pages, content and communications (the "Site"), is operated by Divia Creations LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA ("Divia", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing, browsing or otherwise using the Site, or by submitting any enquiry or request through it, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and by our Privacy Policy. Bookings are governed solely by the Booking Terms between you and the program company named in them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Purpose of the Site. The Site is a promotional and informational website presenting wellness and recreational retreat programs, retreat services for companies and venues, and related content. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer capable of acceptance. Any booking is subject to written confirmation and to the Booking Terms.
3. Information. We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on the Site accurate and current. Descriptions, photographs, programs, practitioners, dates, prices and availability are provided for general information only, may change at any time without notice, and may contain errors or omissions. Photographs may show past retreats and settings that vary. We do not warrant the completeness, accuracy or timeliness of any information, and the details stated in a written booking confirmation shall prevail.
4. No advice; no guaranteed results. The content of the Site, including articles, videos, guest stories and any other material, is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical, psychological, nutritional, legal, financial or other professional advice and does not replace the services of qualified professionals. Nothing on the Site is a promise or guarantee of any result. Experiences described by guests are personal, results vary, and such experiences are not typical or guaranteed.
5. Eligibility. The Site and the retreat programs presented on it are intended for adults. By using the Site you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, and that all information you provide is true, accurate and complete.

7. Acceptable use. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, speculative or misleading purpose; not to submit false information or bookings; not to interfere with the security or operation of the Site; and not to copy, scrape or harvest any content or data from it.
8. Third-party links and services. The Site may contain links to, or embed content from, third-party websites and services, including video platforms and payment processors. These are provided for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, terms or privacy practices, and their inclusion does not imply endorsement.
