Jungle Reboot

Unplug together, in the heart of the Mayan jungle

The Jungle Reboot is our signature group programme: six days and five nights in a jungle lodge on the Riviera Maya, built around movement, breath, Mayan tradition and time in nature.

Mornings begin with yoga in the temple. Days bring workshops, jungle walks and swims in three private cenotes. Evenings belong to the Temazcal, the Cacao Ceremony and a breathwork journey. In between, there is time to rest in a hammock, write and simply be together.

The programme runs on request for your own closed group, from 8 guests: friends, a community, a coach with clients or a team. You choose the dates; we design and host the week.

The programme

Everything your group lives in six days

Morning yoga in the jungle lodge's round meditation temple

01

Daily Yoga & Meditation

Every morning begins on the mat, among the trees

Vinyasa or Hatha classes in the round meditation temple, open to every level from first-timers to experienced practitioners. Each class closes with breath meditation or deep relaxation, so the day starts calm, strong and unhurried.

A cacao ceremony altar of flowers and candles

02

Cacao Ceremony

An evening ritual around the drink the Maya called the food of the gods

As the light fades, the group gathers around a flower altar for warm ceremonial cacao, prepared the traditional way. The ceremony moves into singing bowls and a mantra circle: a quiet, heart-warming evening that brings the group together like nothing else.

The temazcal sweat lodge prepared with flowers and copal

03

Temazcal & Copal Ceremony

The Mayan sweat lodge, guided by a traditional temazcalero

Inside the dome, steam rises from volcanic stones heated in the fire, and a traditional guide leads the group through songs, breath and four rounds of heat. Copal smoke opens and closes the ritual. Guests describe coming out feeling light, clear and deeply relaxed.

Guests lying in a circle in the temple during a breathwork journey

04

Breathwork Journey

An evening of guided breath, drum and music

Lying in a circle in the temple, the group is guided through a connected breathing practice to the sound of the drum. It is a powerful, deeply personal experience that many guests call the turning point of their week, followed by rest and time to share.

05

Private Cenote Swims

Crystal-clear water, sacred to the Maya, on the property

Three private cenotes sit within the lodge grounds, so a swim is always a few steps away: before breakfast, after a workshop or at sunset. The water is cool, clear and completely still, the perfect counterpoint to the warmth of the jungle.

06

Jungle Walks & Forest Bathing

Shinrin-yoku in the Mayan jungle

Guided walks through the jungle at sunrise, with time to slow down, listen and notice: giant ceiba trees, butterflies, parrots and, with a little luck, monkeys in the canopy. Forest bathing invites you to be fully present in nature, phone left behind.

Guests dancing barefoot at a sunrise dance session

07

Sunrise Ecstatic Dance

Free movement, great music, no steps to learn

A joyful early-morning session where the group simply moves to the music, barefoot and without rules. It shakes off tension, wakes up the body and leaves everyone smiling for the rest of the day.

Copal smoke rising from clay bowls in the jungle

08

Mayan Cosmovision Masterclass

The worldview of the Maya, on their own land

A local guide introduces the Mayan way of seeing time, nature and community: the calendar, the elements and the rhythms that shaped one of the great civilisations of the Americas. It gives every ceremony of the week its context and meaning.

09

Healthy Lifestyle Workshop

A fresh look at food, energy and everyday habits

Gabriella shares how mindset shapes daily habits, and how to build a relationship with food that gives you energy. Practical, plant-based ideas you can take home, put into practice at every shared meal of the week.

10

Conscious Manifestation Workshop

From intention to a clear plan

A focused workshop on what you truly want next, and how to turn it into intentions, decisions and concrete steps. Guests leave with a written vision and a plan for the months ahead.

11

1:1 Mindset Coaching with Gabriella

Where you stay

A jungle lodge near Playa del Carmen

The retreat takes place in one of the most magical corners of the Riviera Maya: a tranquil jungle lodge, far enough from the city to truly disconnect, yet close to Playa del Carmen. You wake to birdsong and the rustle of leaves, surrounded by green.

Carved stone, round windows and wooden roofs give every space its own character. The rooms are clean and cooled by ceiling fans, with queen-size beds and a private bathroom, ideal for couples and friends travelling together. Around them are a pool, hammocks, terraces, a meditation temple and three private cenotes.

All around is the life of the jungle: parrots, giant butterflies and monkeys in the canopy. And when the group wants a little bustle, Playa del Carmen and Tulum are an easy drive away.

At the table

A nourishing plant-based menu

Three vegan meals a day, cooked fresh with tropical fruit and local produce. Mornings bring chilaquiles, avocado toast, homemade granola or gluten-free pancakes, with fruit and smoothies. Lunch travels the world: mung bean pasta with homemade pesto, vegetable curry, lentil patties and fresh salads.

In the evening, supper turns Mexican: vegan entomatadas, carrot tinga or a portobello burger. One night the group bakes its own pizza in the outdoor oven. Coffee, tea and water are there all day.

Who takes care of you

From the first morning to the last goodbye, you are in good hands.

The people around you shape a retreat more than any place ever could. Ours are teachers and therapists we have known and worked with for years – people with real skill and an even bigger heart. They will learn your name on the first day, notice how you are feeling, and make sure you never have to think about anything other than yourself. This is the part of the retreat guests talk about long after they have gone home.
