Days 1–6 · 5 nights
The jungle
Daily yoga and meditation, the Temazcal, the Cacao Ceremony and a breathwork journey, Mayan cosmovision, workshops, private cenotes and jungle walks.

Five nights in the Mayan jungle, three nights on the white sands of Holbox Island: our signature journey for groups.
Group Retreat · On request · From 8 guests
This programme runs on request for closed groups of 8 guests or more. There are no fixed dates: you choose the timing, and we design, coordinate and host the retreat for your group, with a written proposal before anything is confirmed.
Reset & Recharge
Reset & Recharge is our signature retreat: a journey in two chapters. It begins in a jungle lodge on the Riviera Maya, with yoga, ceremonies, workshops and private cenotes. Then the group travels on to Holbox Island, to a beachfront hotel on the Caribbean Sea, for yoga on the sand, sunset walks and time to let everything settle.
It brings together what we love most: authentic travel, the culture of the Maya and personal development. Whether your guests take part in every session or simply rest and enjoy the sun, the sea and good company, they go home recharged.
The programme runs on request for your own closed group, from 8 guests. You choose the dates; we design the journey and handle every transfer in between.

The journey

Days 1–6 · 5 nights
Daily yoga and meditation, the Temazcal, the Cacao Ceremony and a breathwork journey, Mayan cosmovision, workshops, private cenotes and jungle walks.

The programme

01
Every morning begins on the mat, among the trees
Vinyasa or Hatha classes in the round meditation temple, open to every level from first-timers to experienced practitioners. Each class closes with breath meditation or deep relaxation, so the day starts calm, strong and unhurried.

02
An evening ritual around the drink the Maya called the food of the gods
As the light fades, the group gathers around a flower altar for warm ceremonial cacao, prepared the traditional way. The ceremony moves into singing bowls and a mantra circle: a quiet, heart-warming evening that brings the group together like nothing else.

03
The Mayan sweat lodge, guided by a traditional temazcalero
Inside the dome, steam rises from volcanic stones heated in the fire, and a traditional guide leads the group through songs, breath and four rounds of heat. Copal smoke opens and closes the ritual. Guests describe coming out feeling light, clear and deeply relaxed.

04
An evening of guided breath, drum and music
Lying in a circle in the temple, the group is guided through a connected breathing practice to the sound of the drum. It is a powerful, deeply personal experience that many guests call the turning point of their week, followed by rest and time to share.

05
Crystal-clear water, sacred to the Maya, on the property
Three private cenotes sit within the lodge grounds, so a swim is always a few steps away: before breakfast, after a workshop or at sunset. The water is cool, clear and completely still, the perfect counterpoint to the warmth of the jungle.

06
Shinrin-yoku in the Mayan jungle
Guided walks through the jungle at sunrise, with time to slow down, listen and notice: giant ceiba trees, butterflies, parrots and, with a little luck, monkeys in the canopy. Forest bathing invites you to be fully present in nature, phone left behind.

07
Free movement, great music, no steps to learn
A joyful early-morning session where the group simply moves to the music, barefoot and without rules. It shakes off tension, wakes up the body and leaves everyone smiling for the rest of the day.

08
The worldview of the Maya, on their own land
A local guide introduces the Mayan way of seeing time, nature and community: the calendar, the elements and the rhythms that shaped one of the great civilisations of the Americas. It gives every ceremony of the week its context and meaning.

09
A fresh look at food, energy and everyday habits
Gabriella shares how mindset shapes daily habits, and how to build a relationship with food that gives you energy. Practical, plant-based ideas you can take home, put into practice at every shared meal of the week.

10
From intention to a clear plan
A focused workshop on what you truly want next, and how to turn it into intentions, decisions and concrete steps. Guests leave with a written vision and a plan for the months ahead.

11
Morning practice on soft white sand
On the island, mornings begin with Hatha or Vinyasa a few steps from the water. Classes are open to every level, and set a calm, unhurried tone for the day.

12
The island in every light
Walks along the shore at the start and the end of the day, with sea air, pelicans and the softest light of the Caribbean. On Holbox, the pace slows all by itself.

13
A private session for every guest
On Holbox, each guest has a private coaching session with Gabriella, focused on personal and professional development: the moment to turn the insights of the week into a clear next step.
Rhythm
Every group's journey is shaped around its own pace. This is the rhythm it usually follows.
Days 1–6
Yoga in the temple, breakfast, then workshops, cenote swims and jungle walks.
Jungle evenings
Temazcal, Cacao Ceremony, breathwork and the Mayan cosmovision.
Day 6
The group travels together to Holbox, by road and ferry.
Days 7–9
Beach yoga, sunrise and sunset walks, coaching sessions and plenty of free time.
Where you stay
The first chapter takes place in a tranquil jungle lodge on the Riviera Maya, close to Playa del Carmen. You wake to birdsong and the rustle of leaves, surrounded by green.
Carved stone, round windows and wooden roofs give every space its own character. The rooms are clean and cooled by ceiling fans, with queen-size beds and a private bathroom, ideal for couples and friends travelling together. Around them are a pool, hammocks, terraces, a meditation temple and three private cenotes.
All around is the life of the jungle: parrots, giant butterflies and monkeys in the canopy. And when the group wants a little bustle, Playa del Carmen and Tulum are an easy drive away.

Chapter two
Holbox is a small, car-free island off the northern tip of the Yucatán Peninsula, known for its relaxed pace, flamingos and white-sand beaches. Our hotel sits right on the beachfront: step out of the garden and you are on the sand, with the Caribbean in front of you.
The rooms are bright and comfortable, with air conditioning, Wi-Fi and balconies overlooking the sea or the tropical garden. Two pools, a beach club and hammocks under the palms complete the picture.

At the table
In the jungle, three vegan and vegetarian meals a day are cooked fresh: chilaquiles, avocado toast and gluten-free pancakes in the morning, mung bean pasta and curries at lunch, entomatadas, carrot tinga and portobello burgers at supper.
On Holbox, every day starts with a generous buffet breakfast of tropical fruit, fresh juices and granola. The rest of the day is yours to explore the island's food: the beach club's vegan-friendly kitchen, fresh seafood and, by many accounts, the best tacos on the island.

Prices are quoted per group, based on your dates, group size, rooms and programme.

“Gabriella, thank you for arranging all the magical connections on this journey.”
Reset & Recharge Retreat
Gabriella, thank you for arranging all the magical connections on this journey. Among them is the experience I just finished—a massage with Matilda and Danielle yesterday. Both of them were delightful, and I had a touch of your incense to light the way. I am so much lighter and open from this experience in the jungle and on the ocean. I offer blessings for the forward progress and the revelations awaiting as your path leads you through this time. Be the light you want to see in integrity. I am grateful for all that I have learned and all I have yet to regain. Love and blessings!
“I came out of the retreat with a higher energy and a clearer vision of my commitment to myself and my contribution.”
I wanted to reconnect with myself at a deeper level before moving into my next contribution.
I was intuitively guided to take this retreat - no real logic here.
I love the perfect mix of activities that provide gradual strengthening of my inner connection.
I came out of the retreat with a higher energy and a clearer vision of my commitment to myself and my contribution.
Awesome, respectful facilitators with a wide range of knowledge, dedication, and care.
If you can, go for the 10 days. Profound lessons arose in the last 4 days for me.
“So, it is definitely worth the investment.”
I found this Retreat maybe 2-3 weeks before I actually came here, after having resigned from my job due to circumstances that were beyond my control.
Feeling out of control, even my husband was pushing me to do something.
I searched for Retreats and found the Reset & Recharge Retreat. I kept coming back to it, which intrigued me because, at some point at the Retreat, Gabriella mentioned that she had sent out a vibration, a frequency, calling us to come.
As a person who values Western, evidence-based science, this actually struck a chord. I didn’t know what to expect. The Jungle stay was definitely an experience, with several ceremonies. I think that if you have any hesitation, you just have to be open to it.
The more open you are, the more enriching your experience will be. We then transitioned to a lovely beach area, to Holbox Island.
Amazing beaches, great walks, and great sessions about manifestation, how to deal with your thoughts and one-on-one sessions.
So, it is definitely worth the investment. If you are considering it, you should call me, because I can be a skeptic, but this was definitely the retreat rest and recharge I needed.
“It was a truly wonderful experience, transformative in ways I didn't initially expect.”
It was a truly wonderful experience, transformative in ways I didn't initially expect. I feel recharged, more confident and more certain about myself. Professional leadership, amazing people, great food. If you come prepared to work and with the right mindset, you gain even more from it. I'd recommend it for men as well — the programme, yoga, meditations, breathwork and ceremonies are not gender-specific.
“For me, every day was like magic.”
For me, every day was like magic. This retreat was unique in my experience: every day was different, with something always happening. The mindset coaching stood out.
Who takes care of you
The people around you shape a retreat more than any place ever could. Ours are teachers and therapists we have known and worked with for years – people with real skill and an even bigger heart. They will learn your name on the first day, notice how you are feeling, and make sure you never have to think about anything other than yourself. This is the part of the retreat guests talk about long after they have gone home.

Your yoga teacher
Every morning begins with Raul. His classes are calm, grounded and open to every level – he meets you exactly where you are, and somewhere during the week you notice your body has started to feel like home again.

Your massage therapist
Natalia’s hands are what many guests remember most. Her treatments are deep, attentive and quietly restorative – the moment in the day when everything finally lets go.
